So I got some contact dermatitas. More commonly known as poison oak, sumac, or ivy. Not sure which really. But suffice to say it came on quick and got ugly. This morning my eye was just about swollen shut until I took a heavy dose of benedryl. I also happened to touch my man parts at some point when I got it Sunday and that and my arm were also swollen really bad. Kind of weird. I thought about taking pictures but figured that was taking things a bit to far. The Dr. has me medicated now on roids and super benedryl as well as a topical cream that is only to be used on my arms and not my privates. What's the fun in that? :) So I'm all chilling at the house ready to take a nice shower, then bath the kitties, then relax on the sofa. Not really getting anything done at the new diggs today. Oh well. But that's my day.

a very pregnant Nancy mothering Missy's kittens. I thought she was going to have hers last night. But it was not to be. Maybe this evening. But she has been helping Missy with hers. And I made them a better bed but they like this one for some reason.

MIssy and Nancy have been inside for well over a month. Cat pregnancy is about 65 days or so. Missy had some kittens last Wed. Nancy is about to bust. Oreo is back and I had him fixed.

so things haven't exactly been going well lately. Consulting clients not paying. Insurance giving me grief for the accident in November and not settling. And now the crown. I put the Buick up on eBay, not happy about doing it. Set a reserve much lower than it should be, but enough to get me straight. I was so happy when it hit the reserve yesterday. Actually took a weight off of my shoulders. Then I decided to work while the last hour or two of the auction went. I figured it hit reserve anything else is gravy. Figured I'd check after the it was over. Low and behold the buyer sent me an email 20 mintues before the auction ended wanting to cancel the bid. Now he had already bid it back and forth about 3 times with other bidders, but he put it over the reserve. Seems he is claiming the last bid was his nephew. WTF? Since I had no faith he would pay I filed with eBay to cancel the transaction so I can at least relist it. Now the sucker is taking his sweet time responding to the dispute.

so I found out today that the reason my consulting invoice from Jan. has not been paid is that the person in charge of accounts payable was told not to pay it. WTF? I am not happy about this.

so I went to coffee this morning, just to see the roads, and the idiots. Of course I must say that mots people need to stay the hell off the road.... I learned to drive in far worse than this. I had no problems except that people think because their SUV says Yukon it's somehow better in these conditions.... HAH!
on another note, Nancy came in this morning and has been hanging with the other kitties... I don'tt hink she likes the snow... Here is Oreo sharing the water...

during all the wind.... came in hung out, was cool, I think he's hanging out at another house, he wasn't anymore hungry than usual, didn't look bad... had to go back out this morning and haven't seen him since I got home.... dude is whoring out in the neighborhood....

Oreo has been out for almost 2 days... He's done it before... I'm trying to not worry, and figure he's found someone else to scrunch his ears and give him squishy food. Missy has been doing her best to keep me company...

it was already getting cold when I got home. But it wasn't quite dark. Missy was there as were the other kitties, but Oreo wasn't there. I checked all night but he didn't show, wasn't there this morning. Now I'm worried. At least it's getting a little warmer today.
